Exchange Policy

At Eske London, each piece is handmade to order. To support ethical and sustainable production, we offer exchanges rather than refunds. This helps us minimise waste while giving you flexibility if your item isn’t quite right.


Exchange Eligibility (14 Days)

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days.

To qualify:

-Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

-You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

-Exchanges are processed for the same item or another item of equal value. If the replacement item costs more or less, we’ll arrange the difference via email.


How to Request an Exchange

1-Email hello@eskelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2-We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a Royal Mail prepaid return label.

3-Once we receive and inspect your item, your replacement will ship within 3–5 business days.Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Postage

We provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label for approved exchanges.


The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer and will be deducted from the value of your replacement order (you’ll be notified of the amount during the exchange process).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us within 48 hours if:

-Your item is damaged or defective

-You received the wrong item

We’ll resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or store credit.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and customisation, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

-All earring styles (including studs, hoops, huggies, and non-hooked designs)

-Custom or personalised pieces

-Sale items or gift cards


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in original condition

-Contact us within 14 days to request a Royal Mail return label

-Once received and inspected, you’ll receive either a store credit or replacement, in accordance with your request.
