Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. About Us
We are an independent, UK-based handmade jewellery business creating unique pieces using PVD-plated chains, gold-filled components, and semi-precious gemstones and pearls. Each item is handcrafted with care and small variations may occur as part of the handmade process.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
-You are at least 18 years of age;
-You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
-All information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Product Information We take great care to accurately describe our products. However, as all jewellery is handmade using natural materials, please note:
-Gemstones and pearls may vary slightly in colour, shape, and size;
-Images are representative, and colours may differ slightly due to screen settings;
-Some customers may experience sensitivities to metals despite our use of hypoallergenic materials;
-Care instructions (on the information page) are provided and should be followed to preserve your jewellery
3A. Sourcing of Materials
Our gemstones, pearls, and beads are primarily sourced from reputable UK-based suppliers. However, we also use vintage components from family collections, second-hand shops, and beads acquired from markets abroad. As a result of this diverse sourcing, we cannot always guarantee the precise origin, age, or material composition of every bead or stone. While we select all materials with care and intention, some may be vintage, repurposed, or of uncertain origin. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewellery.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
-We reserve the right to change prices at any time or correct errors.
-Full payment is required at the time of order.
-We accept major debit/credit cards and secure payment methods via Shopify.
-Your payment data is encrypted and securely processed. We do not store your card information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
-Standard order processing time can take up to 10 working days (due to every piece being handmade to order), excluding weekends and holidays.
-As a handmade business, fulfilment may occasionally be delayed during peak periods or due to high demand.
-Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
-We ship via Royal Mail with tracking where available.
-Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may return eligible items for exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
-Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging;
-You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within another 14 days.
Non-returnable items:
-Earrings (for hygiene reasons);
-Custom or made-to-order items;
-Sale or promotional items (unless faulty).

7. Custom Orders
We accept custom orders when possible. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
8. Temporary Closures & Delays
We may pause order processing or temporarily close the store due to:
-Holidays
-Material delays
-Personal emergencies
-Unexpected demand
We will notify customers via our website or social media. Any existing orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, descriptions, and branding are the intellectual property of ESKE LONDON. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this website or its content without our express written permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use our site or services:
