Thank you for supporting our small handmade jewellery business. Each order is crafted and packed with care. Below you'll find important information about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing Times 

Processing time: All pieces are made to order by only myself; orders are usually processed and dispatched in under 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Thank you so much in advance!

During busier periods (e.g. holidays, sales, or unexpected spikes in demand), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always notify you on our homepage or via email if delays are expected.

Custom orders may require additional processing time.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to UK addresses. International shipping is available upon request – please contact us directly before placing an order.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, weather, or strikes.


3. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.


4. Shipping Delays

As a handmade business, there may be times when we temporarily pause shipping or experience fulfilment delays due to:

-High order volumes

-Material shortages

-Illness or emergencies

-Temporary store closures

We will always aim to keep you informed via the website banner, email, or Instagram @eskelondon


5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (UK), please check your tracking and contact us at hello@eskelondon.com.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of redelivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once dispatched.


6. Packaging

All jewellery is thoughtfully packaged in recyclable boxes.

If you are sending a gift, you can request a gift note before ordering by emailing hello@eskelondon.com 


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the UK.

If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@eskelondon.com to discuss possible options - we will try to accommodate where possible.
